The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.232 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant Sanjay Kumar Das after parking his vehicle in front of the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Madhubani, entered in the Bank and when he came out of the Bank, he did not find vehicle there but from the C.C.T.V. footage, he identified two persons, who were present near his vehicle.
Submission is that on the basis of C.C.T.V. Footage, the petitioner was apprehended by the police and on search, a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71288 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Master-key and Rs.150/- has been recovered from the pocket of the petitioner and he was remanded in the present case on mere suspicion on 29.06.2019 and since then he is in custody. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.232 of 2019.
