The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanarua PS case no. 179 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, of Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been arrested by the police and upon search, one loaded pistol was recovered from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and though, he is an accused in two other cases but he is on bail in the said two cases. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been sufficiently punished, inasmuch he is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua PS case no. 179 of 2019.
