The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Allegation is of commission of dowry death for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

Submission is that specific allegation of demand of motorcycle is against the husband, who is already in custody. General and omnibus allegation is there against the petitioner and other family members. The petitioners are victim of false

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60627 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 implication. Investigation of the case is already complete. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
