2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 115 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 324 ( 4 ), 308 (3) , 308 (5) and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., informant namely , Dilip Kumar alleged that on 16.07.2025 , these petitioners came on the land of informant and demanded rangdari of Rs. 50,000/- and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64798 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 fired upon informant but anyhow he managed to escape . It is further alleged that accused persons also damaged pillar and fence wire .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners petitioners are innocent have committed no offence as alleged. Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners. No specific allegation of any overt act is alleged against them. Though there is allegation of firing against these petitioners but no one sustained firearm injury . F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of 8 days for which there is no plausible explanation which itself creates doubt over the veracity of entire prosecution case . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- divisional Judicial Magistrate Samastipur in connection
