The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 (G.R. No.18 of 2018), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 20(b) (ii) (c) of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32890 of 2019 vide order dated 28.08.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.11.2018.

No.63014 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Session Judge, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 (G.R. No. 18 of 2018).
