This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected by order dated 16.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 70300 of 2021 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge against the petitioner has been framed on 24.08.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Since the charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65402 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 pending/successor court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 539 of 2022 arising out of Sakra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021. Further, in the event, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons and shall take all coercive steps to ensure that petitioner is behind bars.
