JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2025 On the last date of hearing i.e., on 29.10.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within four weeks and it was made clear that failure would result in dismissal of the present petition.

2. Office has reported that copy of plaint to verify party position of Title Suit No. 14 of 1985 has not been filed and as such defect at serial no.20 is still stands.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite intimation to the petitioner, the petitioner did not instruct him for removal of defects.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the instant petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 29.10.2024.
