Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni FCI P.S. Case No. 585 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Except confession of the co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
