2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the father of the victim. The daughter of the petitioner had sustained gun shot injury.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67108 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025.
