JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but general allegation of pressing the neck of the deceased has been levelled against the petitioner, who is in jail custody since 25.03.2019 and the investigation against her has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62297 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015.
