The petitioners seek bail in connection with Buxar (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019 and Excise G.R. No. 703 of 2019, Excise Case No. 811 of 2019 arising out of Buxar (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63572 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are driver and Khalasi of the alleged vehicle and he has no concern with alleged recovered. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 06.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II -cum- Special Judge (Excise), Buxar in connection with Buxar (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019 and Ex. GR. No. 703 of 2019, Excise Case No. 811 of 2019 arising out of same Buxar (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
