2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 266 of 2025 for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act lodged on 11.07.2025 by the informant, Vijay Shankar Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant during the course of patrolling, one e-rikshaw was intercepted and from it, there is recovery of 111.300 liters of Nepali wine. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court his innocence, learned APP took this

5. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.

6. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

7. If, however, the petitioner surrenders and takes bail in next four weeks, the concerned Court shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
