The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 825C/2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the parties have informed this Court that the dispute between the husband and wife has been resolved and they are living under the same roof as man and wife for a long time now.

No.60759 of 2019(5) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 Regard being had to the aforestated disclosure before this Court, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 825C/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
