The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 447, 448, 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was sleeping, the accused persons having variously armed, came at his door and gave Garashi blow on his head while some accused persons gave him knife blow on his face. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-07-2019.
