2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 379, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons have killed the deceased for dowry. The petitioners are the Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Petitioners are in custody since 14.07.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP opposed the prayer for bail and have submitted that the petitioner No. 2 is the guardian of the family and both the petitioners are involved in killing of the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District- Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023.

8. The petitioners will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
