JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihar P. S. Case No. 403 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 325, 365, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R. petitioner is said to have demanded Rangdari from the informant as there was a talk with respect to the sale of land between Appu Mahto and Dr. Umesh. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case as he was not ready to pay the commission to the informant and injuries are simple in nature.
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, in connection with Bihar P. S. Case No. 403 of 2019 8, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
