The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order contained in Ziladesh No.2033/2015 dated 12.10.2015, passed by the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur (Annexure-5) and also for setting aside the order dated 25.10.2018 contained in Memo No. 1638 (Annexure-13) along with Memo No. 1370/Ra. Ka. Dated 03.03.2022 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur (Annexure-17).

3. It transpires to this Court that vide Annexure-14, the same petitioner has filed CWJC No. 8301 of 2019 in which vide order dated 06.03.2020, this Hon'ble Court has pleased to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17320 of 2022(6) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 pass an order in favour of the petitioner and disposed off the said writ. Subsequently, the petitioner has preferred MJC No. 1220 of 2020 for non-compliance of the order dated 06.03.2020 passed in CWJC No. 8301 of 2019 which is still pending. In the meantime, the petitioner has again filed a fresh writ bearing CWJC No. 17320 of 2022 (present writ petition) with the same relief. In the opinion of this Court, such type of writ is not maintainable at this juncture till disposal of MJC No. 1220 of 2020.

4. As such, this Court is of the firm view that this case is premature and, therefore, it is dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U
