2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 40 liters of country made liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2025 and petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and there is no independent witness of the

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Excise Court-II, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul P.S.
