The present writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as a Teacher because similarly situated persons moved before this Hon'ble Court and in light of order of this Hon'ble Court dated 17.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12075 of 2012 and order dated 06.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20411 of 2014, the Block Education Officer, Sisawan, District- Siwan (Respondent No. 7) issued order dated 08.05.2014 whereby and whereunder

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the Block Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer, Sisawan, DistrictSiwan (Respondent No. 6), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the Block Development Officercum-Executive Officer, Sisawan, District- Siwan (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Block Development Officercum-Executive Officer, Sisawan, District- Siwan (Respondent No. 6) shall examine the case of the petitioner in light of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 17.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12075 of 2012 and order dated 06.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20411 of 2014 and dispose of the same, in
