Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections- 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is chairman of Tiura PACCS and on account of poltical rivalry he has been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19754 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017.
