JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to revise the pension as per O.M. No. 38/37/08-P & PW(A) dated 13.02.2013 as also to pay the arrears of pension of the petitioner which he is not getting since a very long time. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the IGP, CRPF, Bihar Sector, Patna (Bihar), wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been asked to forward his bank remittance particulars as also photo copies of the bank passbook showing the account number etc. so that the arrears can be paid. The respondents have further undertaken to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5343 of 2018(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 clear all the arrears upon the petitioner cooperating with the Department.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the IGP, CRPF, Bihar Sector, Patna (Bihar) by submitting all the requisite documents, as stated in the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the said IGP, CRPF shall process the case of the petitioner and make the needful payment within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
