Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.93 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that all the petitioners in furtherance of common intention assaulted the informant and her husband. There is further allegation against the accused persons that they tried to outrage the modesty of the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners no.1 and 2 have got one criminal antecedent whereas petitioners no.3 to 5 have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained injuries. The injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature. It is submitted that anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected by the learned court below because all injuries were found on the vital part of the body.

The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Taking into consideration the fact that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with
