JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2123 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 304 and 34 of IPC.

As per complaint case, there is allegation that petitioner and other accused persons have taken the son of the informant for providing a job. They have taken over the work, due to which, he fell ill and died.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been attributed against him that he was involved in the cause of death of the deceased.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2123 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
