2. The petitioners, who are ladies, seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 117(2), 118(1), 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on the order of petitioner no. 1, other named accused persons assaulted son of informant and also pressed his neck with a rope, as a result of which, son of informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned she is only alleged to be order-giver and there is no specific allegation of assault against petitioner no. 2. Petitioners are ladies, having clean antecedent, and are in custody since 12.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies and period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IInd, Jamui in connection with Bichkorwa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025.
