No. 45625 of 2019. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that opposite party no. 2 on the basis of wrong submission that he has solemnized marriage with the petitioner, has obtained the anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 has appeared and produced a copy of marriage agreement between the parties, which shows that marriage of petitioner was solemnized with opposite party no. 2. Considering the discussions made above and also
