JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 241 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, four persons three in Arwal district and one in Gaya district with the similar name as Rinku Kumari were working in different schools on the basis of same mark sheet of TET examination. The petitioner is said to be Panchayat Secretary and the aforesaid appointments were made in different Panchayats by the Panchayat Secretary and Mukhiya of the concerned Panchayat.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not committed any overt act. The candidates had submitted the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19901 of 2017 (3) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 forged certificates and the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the inquiry which is still going on.
In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 241 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
