The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2019 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 392 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that originally, the first information report was lodged against unknown persons but on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused, namely, Kundan Kumar the petitioner has been taken into custody in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade. He, thus, submits that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

No.60376 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019, subject to the condition that the father will be the bailor.
