2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 234 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Moihari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
