2. The defect no. 52 is ignored. The defect no. 3 shall be removed in the course of the day.
3. The ACJM-II, Danapur is directed to consider the release petition dated 09.11.2023 filed by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. It is clarified that the stay of further proceedings granted by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2024 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court MJC No.3151 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 WJC No. 1384 of 2023 titled as 'Shiv Mohan Singh Yadav @ Shiv Mohan Singh vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.' means that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner and this Court has not stayed the release of the Arms etc. which were seized by the police.
