The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryapur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the deceased was assaulted on 21.05.2023 and he died during treatment on 25.05.2023. From the external injury, I am of the prima facie view that it is not a case of homicide.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2023 and has clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023.
The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
