A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 stating therein that the entire admissible dues has been paid to the petitioner. The detailed chart has also been annexed as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit from perusal of which, it appears that all the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid.

However, petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation, if any dues remains to be paid. In the event, such representation is filed, respondent authorities would examine the matter and pass a speaking order in accordance with law.
