The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7298 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 35713 of 2018, which is evident from Annexures- 4 and 5 and the case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60981 of 2019(4) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 this petitioner stands of similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3360 of 2018) subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
