2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 46500 of 2024 with observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of the charges.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the charges have been framed and the petitioners are under custody since 29.04.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70913 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 Excise-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.

(ii) In case of his failure in appearance on two consecutive dates, unless they are prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.

(iii) Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioners shall be verified and if, it is found that they are involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, their bail bonds shall not be accepted.
