JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 20-06-2016 The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an order passed by the learned Single Bench of this Court on 16.09.2013 in C.W.J.C. No. 16335 of 2013, whereby the direction was to fill-up the vacant post of regular Principal in all the constituent colleges including Sri Shankar College, Sasaram.

2. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant to impugn the said direction.

3. We find that the direction issued is fair and reasonable as any college without regular Principal may not be able to

Patna High Court LPA No.211 of 2014 dt.20-06-2016 2 /2 function effectively. It appears that the direction was issued almost three years back and by now the regular Principal must have been appointed. We do not find any reason to interfere with the direction issued by the learned Single Bench.
