In above view of the matter, in my considered opinion,
Patna High Court MJC No.5525 of 2013 dt.20-07-2016 2 / 2 this proceeding cannot continue and is, accordingly, dropped. However, the petitioner, if he is so advised, would be at liberty to assail Annexure A before a competent forum.
