The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.516 (C ) of 2012 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant and also taken away watch and other articles of value of Rs.10,000/-.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there was scuffle between the parties with respect the fact that they had gone for examination and they were resting there. Further

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above let order dated 6.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18279 of 2018 be affirmed and the bail bond already filed by the petitioner be also confirmed.
