2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 497/2022, arising out of Natwar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the victim. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and they had got married four years back. In view of the allegation of demand of dowry, torture and of killing the deceased against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
