A) To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari setting aside the order dated 30.05.2023 (Annexure-9) passed by the District Magistrate, Supaul (Respondent no-4) in Anganwari Appeal Case No.- 14/2022 and 15/2022 whereby and whereunder he was pleased to dismiss Anganwari Appeal of petitioner vide Appeal No- 14/2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.15318 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 and at the same time allowed the appeal of Private Respondent vide Appeal no- 15/2022.

B) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
