2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram Town Model P.S. Case No.668 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 74, 329(4), 351(3) of the B.N.S. Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other 28 persons armed with Lathi, Danda, Garasa and Bhala arrived at the door of the informant started abusing and assaulted him. Specific allegation is against Paras Chaudhary who assaulted with Gadasa on the head of the informant.

4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a case and counter case. There is a land dispute between the parties. The nature of injuries sustained are simple except only one injury. It is also submitted that in the occurrence, both side sustained injuries. The petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.

5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Sasaram Town Model P.S. Case No.668 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two
