Petitioner is aggrieved by indecisiveness on the part of the respondents in the matter of consideration of the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was considered by the Compassionate Committee and recommendation was also made vide Annexure-4 dated 12.03.2018 but yet the case of the petitioner has not been

Considering the aforesaid, the respondents are directed to take appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
