3. It is reliably learnt that the petitioner is stated to
Patna High Court MJC No.2790 of 2023(8) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 have filed necessary application and other formalities were required to be complied or not? In this regard, the Respondent - BIADA is hereby directed to issue a final communication requesting the petitioner to furnish all such of those requirements including any monetary fees towards transfer with a time bound notice. If such notice is received by the petitioner, he is required to comply the same within the stipulated time on behalf of the BIADA. If the same is not complied, in that event the petitioner is not entitled to any relief.
4. With the above observation, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 2790 of 2023 stands dropped.
