The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019 in connection with Hussianganju P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a), 36, 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor he was available at the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner has two other cases, in which, the petitioner has already been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
