In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 421 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code As per allegation, three unknown persons overtook the bike of informant and one of them opened fire. They snatched his bike and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner in the entire case diary and he is under custody since 17.02. 2022.

If the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With these observations, the criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
