====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376G of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 8, 6 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

Petitioner is alleged to be one of the rapists of the informant.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 18.07.2018 with a direction to the trial Judge to expedite the trial. The trial is already going on. The victim has supported the allegation. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with S.Tr. No. 36/19/14 arising

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60915 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 out of Pupri Police Station Case No. 269 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.

Trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial as directed earlier.
