====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 04.10.2024 at about 11:00 P.M., the petitioner stole jewellery and cash amounting to Rs. 50,000/- from a box in the presence of the informant's three daughters. When they tried to stop him, the petitioner allegedly threatened to kill them. When the informant went to confront the petitioner at his house, the named accused persons abused and assaulted them.

4. During the investigation, one of the informant's daughters, in her statement under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S.,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64784 of 2025(3) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 stated that the petitioner had established physical relations with her and had also committed theft of the jewellery and cash.

5. Considering the nature of the accusations, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
