2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 936 of 2023 instituted under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The assailants of the deceased are Aman Kumar and Anil Kumar, who have stabbed the deceased. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70885 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/3 petitioners are said to have assaulted the other victims/injured. The petitioners are said to have assaulted some of the victims with stick and rod.

4. The petitioner nos. 1 to 3 are women.

5. Considering the facts that they are women, their prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner nos. 1 to 3, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 936 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

7. So far as the bail of petitioner no. 4 is concerned, it appears that he has participated in the crime in which a person has been killed, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed on behalf of petitioner no. 4, namely, Gulshan Kumar.

8. The petitioner no. 4 is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70885 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 3/3 fact that his application for anticipatory bail has been rejected by this Court.
