Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.130 of 2017 dated 19.08.2017, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IInd- cum- 1st Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
