JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 819 of 2007 in which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the impugned order it appears that application for bail was disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the court below without being prejudiced by the impugned order. It further appears that petitioner has appeared after seven years after issuance of summons.

In such view of the matter, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16841 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 merit, without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
