2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that his son had gone from his house to his maternal grandmother's house. When he did not return home, they inquired about him but could not find any trace of his whereabouts. During the investigation, it was found that the petitioner had taken the informant's son to some other place by luring him into his tempo.

4. Considering the nature of the accusations and the fact that the petitioner took away the informant's son, who is
