2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no. 3 of the petition during the course of the day.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 887 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/468/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act. of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner and other accused persons were found working in a call centre which was being run by one Sahil Kumar. From the self inculpatory statement of other co-accused, it has come that the petitioner was working as a supervisor in

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a woman and she was also employed in the call centre like other accused persons. The petitioner is in jail since 25.06.2024. Other co-accused women who were found working in the call centre have been granted bail by this Court.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna Sadar Court, Patna in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 887 of 2024.
